Returns and Refund Policy
You may return new, unopened CDs, DVDs and books sold and fulfilled by Patsgold.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original condition.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
Privacy Policy
Patsgold will never sell, barter, or otherwise make available your personal information to anyone. We may, from time to time, send you emails related to artists or products you have expressed interest in and/or whose product you have previously purchased.
